Freedom Mobile Repair is a mobile mechanic service operating in the Greater Houston, Texas area. This policy covers information collected through this website and through service requests you send us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing texts or emails you did not ask for.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business: our website and database hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our card payment processor, and Google Analytics and Google Ads for traffic measurement. Each handles the data only to provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Requests, reviews and uploaded photos are stored in access-controlled systems, and uploaded files are kept private rather than published. We keep service records as long as needed to support the work and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

Freedom Mobile Repair was built around a simple idea: provide honest automotive repair without the dealership prices or unnecessary runaround. As the owner and mechanic, I work directly with my customers from diagnosis through repair, so you know who is working on your vehicle and what you're paying for.
I provide mobile automotive, diesel, and equipment repair throughout Houston and surrounding areas, bringing professional service directly to the customer. My goal is simple—diagnose it correctly, charge a fair price, do quality work, and treat people right.

Lead mechanic
Originally from Silver City, New Mexico, and now based in the Houston area, Justin is a master mechanic with a background in heavy equipment and diesel. He leads the technical side of every job — from fault isolation and root-cause diagnosis to teardown, repair and final verification — on everything from daily drivers to diesel trucks and jobsite machinery.
As Director of Operations he sets the repair plan, manages parts and scheduling, and holds every job to one standard: diagnose it with data, fix it to spec, and get the machine back to work with no comebacks.
