Terms of Service

Last updated September 23, 2026

The service

Freedom Mobile Repair provides mobile automotive, diesel and heavy-equipment repair at your location in the Greater Houston, Texas area. By booking or accepting work, you agree to these terms.

Booking and arrival times

Requests and time windows are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, parts availability and emergency calls can move an appointment. We'll tell you as soon as we know.

Estimates and approval

You get a price before work begins. If the vehicle needs something beyond what was quoted, we stop and get your approval first. Diagnostic time may be charged even when you decide not to proceed with the repair.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at cameron@freedommobilerepairtexas.com or 346-538-0682 and we'll review and correct it.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancel or reschedule any time by calling or texting. If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible, not at the stated location, or nobody is available to authorize work, a trip charge may apply.

Work site and access

You confirm you own the vehicle or equipment, or are authorized to have it serviced, and that we have permission to work at the location. The work area must be reasonably safe and level with room to work. Some repairs cannot be done on site and may need a shop or a tow; we'll tell you if that's the case.

Parts and warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labor on parts we supply and install is warranted for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Customer-supplied parts are installed without any parts or labor warranty. Warranty does not cover abuse, accident, neglect, continued driving after a fault, or unrelated failures.

Limits

Our responsibility is limited to the work we performed and the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, related components that fail on their own, towing, rentals, lost time or lost income.

Reviews you submit

If you send a review through this site, you give us permission to publish it, along with the name and any photos you chose to include.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them, and the current version is always posted here. See also our privacy policy and customer support page.
